You can cancel anytime in Settings, under Plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the time you paid for. After that you can still read, edit, share, and print every story you already have. The recordings stay too. You only need a plan to start new stories.
Yes, on the weekly plan. The first 7 days are free. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan continues at $4.99 a week. The yearly plan has no trial.
Open Settings, choose Plan, and cancel there. It takes a minute and you do not need to contact us.
Everything you made. Your stories, recordings, and transcripts stay in your account, and the links you shared keep working. You need a plan again only to start a new story.
No. One plan covers the person asking the questions. The person telling the stories needs nothing but a phone or a browser.
No. Told Together does not print books today. Each story can be printed at home or saved as a PDF, and a printed page can carry a QR code that plays the original recording.
